Established in 1983 the Practice is a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. The Practice is committed to the procurement of buildings which are commercially sound, sensitively designed and practically detailed. It strives to achieve good quality buildings by design flair and innovation balanced by realistic, practical, and well proven construction techniques based on many years of experience in the building industry.

With experience in most building types the Practice has specialist knowledge in projects such as;

The focus is creative thinking in building design by consolidating design flair, technical competence and a flexible approach to the design process to fulfil the commitment to optimising development potential for each project.

The practice works closely with other related disciplines and agencies and often coordinates the design team including; Planning Consultants, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Services Consultants, etc and can arrange for specialist reports on issues such as Tree Impact Assessments, Ecological Reports, Topographical Surveys and Health and Safety Plans under the CDM Regulations. 

We are based in East Sussex and work throughout the South East of England.
